High-performance solutions engineered for the most demanding mining and construction environments across Peru.
Peru is recognized globally as a mining powerhouse. The country ranks as one of the world's leading producers of copper, silver, zinc, and gold. Mining operations in Peru, however, are located in some of the most geographically hostile regions on Earth. From the high-altitude Andean peaks of Cajamarca, Ancash, and Arequipa, to the hyper-arid coastal deserts, heavy earthmoving machinery is subjected to extreme operational stress. Excavators, bulldozers, and crawler drills operate continuously under demanding conditions. In these heavy-duty environments, the undercarriage system represents the single largest maintenance expense over the machinery's lifetime, often accounting for up to 50% of the total operating costs. Within this system, track rollers (bottom rollers) and carrier rollers (top rollers) play a critical role in supporting the machine's weight, guiding the track chain, and absorbing severe impact shocks.
For Peruvian mine operators and construction contractors, choosing high-quality undercarriage rollers is a vital strategy to prevent unexpected failures and minimize costly downtime. A stopped excavator at a major mine site like Cerro Verde or Las Bambas can result in thousands of dollars in lost productivity per hour. Therefore, sourcing rollers that are specifically engineered to withstand abrasive soil conditions, high impact, and extreme temperature fluctuations is paramount for maintaining high operational efficiency and maximizing fleet profitability.
Our undercarriage rollers feature deep induction-hardened wear surfaces (5-8mm depth) and premium dual-cone mirror seals. This advanced engineering prevents the ingress of highly abrasive volcanic dust and mineral fines common in Peruvian mines, ensuring stable operation at altitudes exceeding 4,000 meters.
Our factory's main products include: track roller(bottom roller), carrier roller(top roller), sprocket, idler, track link assembly, track shoe, bushing & pin, Bucket teeth, high-strength bolts and nuts.
Operating heavy machinery in the Andes, where altitudes regularly exceed 4,000 meters, presents unique challenges. The thin air, combined with freezing night temperatures and high daytime solar radiation, causes significant thermal expansion and contraction in metallic components. Standard seals and low-grade lubricants often fail under these conditions, leading to oil leaks, dust ingress, and premature roller seizure. To address these challenges, our factory utilizes advanced metallurgical formulations and heat-treatment techniques. Our undercarriage rollers are forged from high-density alloy steels (such as 40Mn2 or boron steel) that offer exceptional toughness and resistance to structural cracking. The roller shells undergo a precise induction hardening process, which creates a deep, wear-resistant outer layer (hardness depth of 5-8mm) while maintaining a ductile, shock-absorbing inner core.
Crucially, our rollers are equipped with premium-grade dual-cone mirror seals (floating seals). These seals are manufactured from high-alloy cast iron and paired with high-elasticity rubber O-rings that maintain their sealing pressure across a wide temperature range (-40°C to +50°C). This prevents the highly abrasive volcanic dust and mineral fines common in Peruvian mines from penetrating the internal roller assembly. Additionally, we fill our rollers with specialized synthetic lubricants designed to maintain stable viscosity under extreme pressure and low-temperature conditions, ensuring smooth rotation and reduced friction.
Welcome To Learn About Our Company

Offered directly from our own factory, our premium excavator track link ensures fast delivery and stable supply. Engineered to offer maximum service life under heavy load applications.
The Roller is engineered as a premium replacement for Komatsu PC200 excavators, delivering OEM-matching performance and exceptional wear resistance in rocky terrains.
This PC200 Top Roller is a heavy-duty undercarriage part designed for Komatsu excavators, made from high-strength alloy steel with advanced sealing technology.
This E320 sprocket is a high-quality undercarriage part specially designed for Caterpillar excavators. Forged from selective steel and hardened for maximum durability.
In recent years, the Peruvian mining and construction sectors have undergone a significant shift in maintenance strategies. Historically, fleet managers often prioritized the lowest upfront purchase price when buying replacement undercarriage components. However, the high costs associated with logistics to remote regions, combined with the loss of production during unscheduled breakdowns, have led to a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and predictive maintenance. Fleet managers now track component wear using ultrasonic thickness gauges and run advanced maintenance software to predict exactly when a track roller or carrier roller needs replacement.
This trend has created a strong demand for high-durability, OEM-matching parts that offer predictable wear life. Our factory’s focus on quality consistency ensures that every batch of rollers shipped to Peru performs reliably. By utilizing automated machining, robotic welding, and non-destructive testing (NDT), we eliminate manufacturing defects and provide undercarriage components that fleet managers can trust. Sourcing parts directly from a reliable factory allows Peruvian distributors and operators to secure premium-grade components without the high markups of original equipment brands, helping to lower operational costs while maintaining high machinery availability.
We warmly welcome partners and friends from all over the world to visit our factory in person.

view moreFor Peruvian mining houses, construction firms, and spare parts distributors, establishing a reliable supply chain is critical to success. Given the geographical layout of Peru, transporting heavy steel parts from international ports to high-altitude mine sites like Cerro de Pasco, Huancavelica, or Puno requires careful planning and coordination. Any delay in the supply chain can lead to extended machine downtime and project delays. Our factory has optimized its production planning and export logistics to ensure reliable delivery to major Peruvian ports, including Callao (Lima) and Matarani (Arequipa). We maintain a large inventory of track rollers, carrier rollers, idler wheels, sprockets, track links, and high-strength track bolts and nuts, enabling us to fulfill orders quickly.
Furthermore, we work closely with local distributors and logistics partners in Peru to facilitate smooth customs clearance and inland transportation. Whether you are operating a fleet of Caterpillar D8 dozers in a northern quarry, maintaining Komatsu PC360 excavators in a southern copper mine, or distributing aftermarket parts in Lima and Trujillo, our team provides the technical documentation, packaging, and logistical support needed to keep your operations running smoothly. Partnering with a manufacturer that understands the unique requirements of the Peruvian market ensures you receive high-quality parts, on time, and at a competitive price.
